• Hilltop House Language School is ideal for children aged 10 - 18. Our specialist teachers are qualified to teach English as an additional language to children and young people. Most importantly, they are also parents with children between 9 and 16 who really enjoy spending time with young people. Miranda is a published author and regularly works in local schools with children from a vast array of backgrounds. Michelle has been actively involved in the local youth division of the Scouts and Guides organization as a parent and leader for over five years.
• We offer a week's varied program of activities designed to help your child improve their English without even knowing that they are doing it! We combine structured learning with cultural, sports and leisure pursuits in a relaxed environment. Mornings will focus on language improvement study tasks. The afternoons feature practical activities and trips organized to support the morning’s study. Evenings are for relaxation. However, there will be various optional activities arranged including a film night, party evening, camp fire songs and karaoke.
• Your child’s enjoyment of their time at Hilltop House Language School is of paramount importance to us and so we will try to accommodate any specific requirements. We have no more than ten students studying with us each week and so can guarantee each child individual attention. Our aim is to tailor our week’s activities to the needs of the particular children attending that week and so will vary from week to week .

A typical week’s programme can be viewed at “Schedule” All students will either stay at Hilltop House or with specially selected nearby homes with English speaking families and so experience a flavour of English family life..
